Description

Finance West Midlands an area within Connect WM’s business model whereby it works with local business and organisations in connecting their varying finance products to all businesses based within the West Midlands region.

Although for many businesses getting finance can be tough, it is surprising for many to realise that there is finance out there for our local small businesses. However there is a distinct lack of them applying because of their assumptions of nothing being out there, as well as the financial jargon putting businesses off.

Finance WM looks to make such available finance more aware to the local business community.

We will be developing awareness methods of being able to access to finance to help local businesses seeking the help in funding they need.

The areas with be

Funding WM – whereby by general funding products will be able to be access either direct or via a connection made with a local finance provider. This funding option would be more directed towards business loans repayable over an agreed time at a specific monthly repayment rate.

Business Angels WM – whereby business investment can be sort from investors whether they be local high worth individuals or companies. This investment option primarily see’s any investment in a company being made for the sole purpose of maximising on return and as such the investor has a valid interest in the company itself.

Grants WM – whereby by the availability of local grant funding can be identified, grants are not as readily available are often industry or area specific. Such grant funding often is not required to be paid back but there can be (not always) strict criteria terms to be adhere to.

Visitors to our offices are by appointment only.

Our offices are based in the Sandwell area of the West Midlands, just a minute or so's walk from Old Hill train station if arriving by train.

By road come off at junction 3 of the M5 head towards Kidderminster, at the large island turn right to Halesowen keep heading straight - go past McDonalds heading towards a large island still heading straight. Drive straight for a further mile when you'll past a second set of traffic lights at which point you need to take the second left.
