Description
Within the West Midlands it’s quite hard to be able to identify somewhere specific which assists in helping identify events which are held throughout the West Midlands region.
Events WM is a department within the Connect WM which relies on being unbiased in its notifications of events – in turn helping local businesses to promote to their meetings, seminars, workshops, training, and exhibitions to local business and consumers.
Being able to readily identify and connect to events in the West Midlands is what will contribute to helping local business and the local business economy.
Events WM also aims to grow in to a departmental operation in the facilitation of local West Midlands events, whereby not only does it provide an online portal for the identification of local events – it will also be able to work with and utilise local businesses in the organisation and holding of events under the Connect WM banner.
Such events will include but not be limited to, exhibitions and business network meetings throughout the region – with emphasis put on such events being identified locally within the regions 6 counties and 7 metropolitan boroughs – such as ‘Connect Shropshire’ ‘Connect Worcestershire’ ‘Connect Birmingham’ ‘Connect Sandwell’ and so on…….
As mentioned already we view ourselves and being unbiased and welcome working with all types of businesses, including business event companies, business help groups and business networking organisations.
Connect by name; helping to connect to events locally is our game.

Visitors to our offices are by appointment only.
Our offices are based in the Sandwell area of the West Midlands, just a minute or so's walk from Old Hill train station if arriving by train.
By road come off at junction 3 of the M5 head towards Kidderminster, at the large island turn right to Halesowen keep heading straight - go past McDonalds heading towards a large island still heading straight. Drive straight for a further mile when you'll past a second set of traffic lights at which point you need to take the second left.

As a training provider, I am often 'invited' to place training event listings on commerical websites and to join and pay a subscription for the priviledge. It is very hard to make cost-effective decisions and to trust the promises of many such providers!
Since signing up to Events WM, I can hand-on-heart state that I have 'had my monies worth'. I can visibly see my events being emailed out on a regular basis and if I haven't had chance to check my emails, I usually find out as I can estimate one or two telephone queries the same or following day. For a small Midlands based training provider, I really don't think I can ask for anything more!
As a final positive comment, I would like to thank the administration team for also responding to queries quickly and proactively.
I would not hesitate to recommend the services of Event WM.
