Through Finance WM we actively work towards providing regional West Midlands based businesses with the ability to connect to finance; in order to help them create or maintain jobs and / or start up and develop their business.

We all know that finance is the life blood of any businesses and the ability of being able to be in a position of having access to finance is increasingly becoming harder - especially in identifying and fulfilling a successful loan application through normal high street finance institutions.

Finance WM through some of its finance departments namely Funding WM and Grants WM aims to provide effective local exposure and being able to connect local business to local funding and loan opportunities provided by West Midlands CDFI’s (Community Development Financial Institutions) as well as alternative funding sources and companies.

Ideally you / your business should:-

• Be located within the West Midlands region - this covers Herefordshire, Shropshire, Staffordshire, Warwickshire, West Midlands, and Worcestershire.
• Have been refused finance from a bank.
• Have the required drive, commitment, energy, and enthusiasm to get through both the good days and bad days of own business operation.
• Have a good, solid and viable existing business or a suitable developed plan for a start up.
