The Priory Rooms realised many customers are often working on the move, around the country making their mobile phone one the most important way to research venues, so they created customers an easy to navigate and interactive App to download.

The Priory Rooms’ App enables you to browse on your phone details and pictures of the nine meeting rooms, check the open hours, discover the room hire rates and so much more! It even enables you to send an email enquiry to The Priory Rooms’ conference team who will respond with detailed quote outlining how the venue can meet your requirements. The highly experienced bookings team will promptly check availability and create a tailored packages to meet your budget.

Most exciting of all, this clear and concise App was created by The Priory Rooms staff themselves! Business Development Manager Beth Reynolds, Premises Manager Dragan Obrenovic and Conference Support Executive Ann-Louise Rowlands worked together to design and develop the App alongside Bournville College and partners Smartphone Media.

The group took advantage of the free course being offered to businesses by Bourneville College through funding given by the European Social Fund. It was an opportunity to learn more IT skills and provide a resource for The Priory Rooms’ customers to have information in the palm of their hand! A win-win situation. The course was enjoyed by the staff and only took a couple of months to complete.

Beth Reynolds, Business Development Manager at The Priory Rooms, said “This has been a brilliant experience for us and produced a fantastic new communication tool for the business. We are so excited it is now available to download, we have been showing it off to all the customers! Thank you Bourneville College for this opportunity, it has greatly enhanced the resources available for customers to interact with The Priory Rooms.”
